How to ssh without a password

On client machine run ssh-keygen -t rsa , it will put a line in a file called id_rsa.pub in your .ssh directory. Copy this line to the server and put in file called authorized_keys in the .ssh directory of your user on the server. I use this when I want to automate a batch job to scp or rsync (tunnel) files between 2 machines.
